decent kit, but delivery took a bit
ordered a conversion kit a couple weeks ago, the one with all the tools. the kit itself is actually pretty good, everything i needed was there and it was straightforward to install. really wanted to get out riding sooner though, and it took a while for it to actually arrive. the tracking info wasnt super clear either, which didnt help. but hey, the Bafang motor works great now, so thats a plus.
Decent battery, long delivery
I ordered a 48V E-Bike Battery. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It took about 10 days for the battery to arrive, which felt a bit long since it was shipping to California. The battery itself seems well-built and works fine with my existing setup. I haven't needed customer support yet, so can't comment on that. The installation manual was clear enough to follow.

Easy to set up, works well
So I got one of those Rear Hub Motor Conversion Kits. I wasn't sure about doing it myself but the instructions that came with it were actually pretty good. My friend helped me a bit but it wasn't super complicated. It shipped from overseas I think, took like 2 weeks to get here in Florida but that's alright. The motor works great, made my old bike feel like a new one. I also bought a new LCD Display with it, which is pretty neat. No complaints so far, it just works.
